RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Holiday return policy

Purchases made starting November 14, 2016, would be eligible to be returned for Refund or Exchange through January 9, 2017, or 30 days from the date of purchase.
 

Regular Return Policy

Our goal is to provide the best customer service to our customers. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase made at www.charmsattheplaza.com, it may be returned for full refund or an exchange 30 days of purchase date with a copy of the original receipt, excluding shipping costs. Merchandise must be unused and in original saleable condition. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized, or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry items may not be returned. Any shipments without a PANDORA Return Authorization Number will be refused upon receipt. 

Please note that if you have purchased a gift set and wish to return it for a refund, the complete set, including packaging, must be returned.
 

How Can I File A Damage, Return or Exchange Claim?

1. Call our store for your Return Authorization Number at 813.756.4224 and ask to speak to one of our Store Managers.

2. Box item(s) securely and enclose a copy of the original receipt.

3. Ship your merchandise to our store (we highly recommend insuring your package):
