I was so disappointed with this charm. The "clear CZ" looked cloudy and cheap in person, nothing like the photos. The engraving was barely legible, and the heart cut-out had rough edges. To make it worse, the packaging was damaged during shipping, and the charm arrived scratched. Definitely not worth the price—would not recommend.
