I was really disappointed with this charm. The packaging was flimsy, and the charm arrived scratched, like it wasn’t handled carefully. For the price, I expected better quality—some of the pave stones already looked loose. Shipping took forever, and customer service was no help. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle. Would not recommend.
