I was excited to receive the Pandora letter M charm, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The silver finish looked duller in person, and the detailing wasn’t as sharp as I hoped. The packaging was also flimsy, and the charm arrived slightly scratched. For the price, I expected better quality and care in shipping. Disappointing overall.
