I was disappointed with this charm. The heart design is pretty, but the silver finish looked dull and scratched right out of the box. The packaging was flimsy, and it arrived later than expected. For the price, I expected better quality and care in shipping. It’s a sweet sentiment, but the execution didn’t meet PANDORA’s usual standards.
