I was really disappointed with this charm. The pink crystals looked dull and cheap in person, nothing like the photos online. The silver finish had scratches right out of the box, and the packaging was flimsy—no protection at all. For the price, I expected better quality. Ended up returning it because it just didn’t live up to PANDORA’s usual standards.
