I was really disappointed with this charm. The heart arrived scratched, and the tassel looked bent out of shape—nothing like the pristine product photos. The packaging was flimsy, and it felt like no care was taken during shipping. For the price, I expected better quality and protection. Won’t be buying from PANDORA again if this is the standard.
