I was really disappointed with this charm. The enamel looked uneven and cheap in person, nothing like the photos. One of the hearts even had a small scratch right out of the box. Shipping took forever, and the packaging was flimsy—no protection at all. For the price, I expected much better quality. Won’t be buying from PANDORA again.
