The Pandora Moments Charm Hoop Earrings are pretty and have a nice design, but they’re smaller than I expected. The snake chain detail is delicate, though one earring arrived slightly tarnished. Packaging was basic—just a small pouch—so I expected more for the price. They’re cute, but not as impressive as other Pandora pieces I’ve owned. Decent, but not outstanding.
