I was really disappointed with this charm. The red lotus design looked beautiful online, but the actual piece felt cheap and poorly made—nothing like the "exquisite" description. The silver finish was uneven, and the charm arrived scratched. Plus, the packaging was flimsy, with no protective padding. For the price, I expected much better quality and care. Won’t be buying again.
