The design of this Fan of Love Charm pendant is quite attractive, but the overall shopping experience was a bit disappointing. It took nearly three weeks to receive the item, which was much later than expected. Upon opening, I found it was packaged in a plain cardboard box, completely lacking the refined feel of a PANDORA brand box, which would be somewhat awkward if given as a gift. When I contacted customer service for inquiries, the responses felt rather formulaic, with little sense of warmth. The color of the pendant slightly differs from the images on the official website, though it is acceptable for daily wear.
