I waited a long time to receive the PANDORA Mosaic Shining Elegance spacer bead I bought, as the shipping took much longer than expected. Upon opening it, I was quite disappointed to find the product packaged in a plain paper box, completely lacking the elegant packaging typical of the PANDORA brand. When I contacted customer service to inquire, their response was rather indifferent and failed to provide a satisfactory explanation. The actual color of the item also differed slightly from the website images and wasn't as eye-catching as I had imagined. Overall, the experience was rather mediocre.
