I was really disappointed with this charm. The gold finish looked cheap and uneven in person, nothing like the photos. The packaging was flimsy and arrived damaged, which made it feel like an afterthought. For the price, I expected better quality and care. It’s a shame because the design is sweet, but the execution and shipping experience ruined it for me.
