I ordered the Pandora Style Sun, Moon and Stars Couple Ring - BSR491-E, but the overall experience was disappointing. First, the shipping time was extremely long—it took nearly three weeks to arrive, much later than expected. When I opened the package, I found that the product did not come in Pandora's branded packaging but just a plain cardboard box, which lacked the sophistication expected from the brand. When I contacted customer service to inquire about the situation, their attitude was mediocre and they did not provide a satisfactory explanation. The design of the ring itself is decent, but the color looks slightly different from the pictures and is not as striking as I imagined. Overall, this shopping experience was not very pleasant.
