I was excited for this charm, but it arrived with noticeable scratches on the silver finish. The packaging was flimsy, and the pendant looked dull compared to the online photos. For the price, I expected better quality and care in shipping. The design is pretty, but the execution and presentation fell short. Disappointed for a PANDORA piece.
