I waited almost a month to receive the Pandora Style Silver Small Round Piece Stud Earrings - SCE694 that I ordered. The shipping time was really too long. I was disappointed when I opened the package. The product was packaged in a plain paper box, completely lacking the sophistication expected from the Pandora brand. When I contacted customer service to inquire, their attitude was quite average and they did not actively resolve the issue. Although the earrings themselves look okay, the color is darker than the images shown on the website. Overall, the experience was not very satisfactory.
