I waited almost a month to receive the PANDORA Pink Glass Murano Charm pendant I ordered, the shipping time was just too long. What’s even more disappointing is that the product didn’t come in brand packaging—just a plain paper box, completely lacking the sophistication you’d expect from PANDORA. When I contacted customer service, their attitude was quite indifferent and they didn’t actively try to resolve the issue. Although the pendant itself is okay, the color is a bit darker than what I saw on the website. Overall, the shopping experience was not very satisfying.
