I waited almost a month to receive the PANDORA Rose Flower Glass Murano Charm pendant I ordered, the shipping time was really too long. When I opened it, I found the product was just packaged in a plain paper box, completely lacking the精致感 typical of the PANDORA brand, which was a bit disappointing. When I contacted customer service to inquire, their attitude was rather indifferent, and it didn't feel like they were actively trying to solve the problem. The color of the pendant itself was slightly different from the picture, although it's not a quality issue, the overall shopping experience was really not satisfactory.

This PANDORA Rose Flower Glass Murano Charm is such a delicate and pretty addition to my bracelet! The pink glass has a lovely, soft hue, and the sterling silver detailing gives it an elegant touch.
