I was excited to add the BB-8 charm to my bracelet, but the experience was disappointing. The charm arrived with scratches, and the enamel looked uneven in places. The packaging was flimsy, and it took much longer to ship than expected. For the price, I expected better quality and care. Sadly, this one didn’t live up to PANDORA’s usual standards.
