I waited almost a month to receive these Pandora earrings, the shipping time was really too long. I was very disappointed when I opened the package, the product was only packed in an ordinary paper box, completely lacking the sophistication expected from the Pandora brand. When I contacted customer service to inquire about the progress, their attitude was quite average, showing no willingness to actively resolve the issue. The design of the earrings themselves is acceptable, but the color is darker than what I saw on the website. Overall, the experience was not very satisfactory.
