I waited almost a month to receive this Pandora blue bead charm, the shipping time was really too long. When I opened the package, I found the product was just packaged in a plain cardboard box, completely lacking the sophistication expected from the Pandora brand, which was very disappointing. When I contacted customer service to inquire, their attitude was quite indifferent and they didn’t actively try to resolve the issue. The actual color is a bit darker than it appears in the pictures, and overall, the experience was not very satisfactory.
