I bought the Pandora Style Groom Bear Charm - SCC1473, and overall it's okay but a bit disappointing. First, the shipping took much longer than expected, and I had to wait several days to receive it. The packaging was also very simple, just a plain cardboard box, lacking the premium feel of the Pandora brand. When I contacted customer service, their attitude was quite indifferent, and they didn't actively resolve the issue. The charm's design is decent, but the actual color is slightly darker than it appears in the pictures. It would be better if more effort was put into the packaging and logistics.
