I purchased the Pandora Style Infinite Flowers Charm, and the overall design is quite nice, but there are some aspects I'm not very satisfied with. First, the shipping time was too long—I waited quite a while to receive it. The packaging was a bit disappointing; the product didn't come in a Pandora-branded box, just a plain paper one, which made it feel lacking in the brand's expected refinement. When I contacted customer service, their attitude was rather average, and they weren't very proactive in resolving the issue. The color is slightly different from the pictures, though it's still acceptable. Overall, the product is okay, but there's definitely room for improvement in the experience.
