I was excited for this charm, but it didn’t meet my expectations. The detailing looked less refined in person, and the silver finish seemed dull compared to the photos. Shipping took longer than promised, and the packaging was flimsy—no protective padding. For the price, I expected better quality and care. Disappointing for such a "mesmerizing" piece.
