I was really disappointed with this charm. The silver finish looked cheap and scratched easily, not at all like the stunning piece in the description. The packaging was flimsy, and it arrived with a small dent. For the price, I expected better quality and care in shipping. Definitely not worth it—I wouldn’t recommend this one.

I was excited to receive the Black Swan Charm, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The detailing looked less refined in person, and the silver finish seemed dull compared to the photos. Shipping took longer than promised, and the packaging was flimsy—no protective padding. For the price, I expected better quality and care in delivery. Disappointing overall.
