I was really disappointed with this necklace. The pendant arrived scratched, and the chain felt flimsy—nothing like the quality I expected from Pandora. The packaging was also poorly done, leaving the piece unprotected during shipping. For the price, I expected better craftsmanship and care. Sadly, it didn’t live up to the "eternal love" promise—more like a temporary letdown.
