I was really disappointed with this charm. The "F" arrived scratched, and the pavé stones looked dull, not sparkling as pictured. The packaging was flimsy, like it had been tossed around during shipping. For the price, I expected better quality and care. It’s a shame because the design is pretty, but the execution and handling ruined it for me.
