We offer Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) and Express Shipping (2–3 business days). Free standard shipping is available on orders over a qualifying amount. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact. To initiate a return, log into your account and visit your order history, or contact our customer care team. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your account and visiting the “Order History” section.
Visit our Size Guide for detailed measuring instructions. For rings, we recommend using a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper to measure the circumference of your finger. For bracelets, measure your wrist at the widest point and add approximately 1–2 cm for a comfortable fit.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within a short window after placement, provided they have not yet entered the processing stage. Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — but you may return it once received under our standard return policy.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer care team immediately with your order number and a photograph of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
