Creating an account gives you access to a personalized shopping experience and exclusive member benefits.

How to Create an Account

  1. Click the "Account" or "Sign In" icon in the top navigation bar.
  2. Select "Create Account" and fill in your details — name, email address, and a secure password.
  3. You may also create an account during checkout by opting to save your information.

Account Features

  • Order History — View all past orders, track current shipments, and initiate returns.
  • Saved Addresses — Store multiple shipping and billing addresses for faster checkout.
  • Wishlist — Save items you love and come back to them later. You can also share your wishlist with friends and family.
  • Payment Preferences — Securely save your preferred payment methods.
  • Communication Preferences — Manage your email subscription settings for promotions, new arrivals, and exclusive offers.

Password & Security

Forgot Your Password?

  1. Click "Sign In" and then "Forgot Password?"
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. The link expires after 24 hours.
  4. Click the link and create a new password.

If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder. If it's still not there, contact our customer care team for assistance.

Security Tips

  • Use a strong, unique password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Do not share your password with anyone or reuse it on other websites.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact us.

Loyalty & Rewards Program

Our VIP program recognises your lifetime (or configured period) spend and grants tiered benefits as you qualify. The program is account-based—make sure you're signed in so your orders are attributed to your account.

How Tier Qualification Works

  • Tier qualification is based on qualifying orders within the configured period. By default only orders with the Shipped status are counted—this can be adjusted by site configuration.
  • If an order's status changes (from Shipped to another status), your displayed total may not update instantly; refreshing the page will show the latest totals.
  • Points or tier credit are applied after the qualifying order is delivered. Gift card purchases, shipping fees and taxes are not counted toward tier spend.

Membership Tiers & Typical Benefits

Silver $1,000 — $1,499 ~5% discount, priority service, small birthday gift
Gold $1,500 — $1,999 ~7.5% discount, concierge service, larger birthday gift
Platinum $2,000 — $2,999 ~10% discount, dedicated concierge, improved shipping benefits
Diamond $3,000+ ~12.5% discount, personal advisor, private previews, bespoke services

These thresholds and benefits are the store's standard configuration for the VIP program; actual thresholds, discounts, and benefits may be adjusted by the store administrator.

Bracelet Progress & Visual Rewards

We use a visual "bracelet progress" tracker to show your progress toward the top-tier goal. The bracelet target is typically set to $3,000. Your progress percentage is calculated from your qualifying spend toward that target and displayed on the VIP page.

Questions About Your Tier

  • If you believe your tier or points are incorrect, please contact customer care with your order numbers and we will review qualifying orders and status.
  • For business or formal invoicing requirements, contact customer care—special arrangements may be available for corporate accounts.

Email Subscriptions & Notifications

Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and exclusive offers by subscribing to our email newsletter.

  • Subscribe during account creation or via the footer of our website.
  • You can update your email preferences at any time in your account settings.
  • To unsubscribe, click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, or adjust your preferences in your account.
  • Order-related emails (confirmations, shipping updates) are transactional and will continue even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails.
