Placing an Order

How Do I Place an Order?

Shopping with us is simple and secure. Follow these steps to complete your order:

  1. Browse & Select — Explore our collections and click on any item to view details, available sizes, and materials.
  2. Add to Cart — Select your preferred size and quantity, then click "Add to Cart." You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
  3. Review Your Cart — Click the cart icon to review your selections. You can adjust quantities or remove items here.
  4. Checkout — Enter your shipping address, select a delivery method, and choose your preferred payment option.
  5. Confirmation — After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and estimated delivery date.

You can place an order as a guest or create an account for a faster checkout experience in the future.

Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible.

  • Before processing: We can update the shipping address, adjust quantities, or cancel the order entirely.
  • After processing: Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage or has been dispatched, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible. You may return the item after delivery under our standard return policy.

For the fastest response, include your order number when contacting us.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

No — guest checkout is available. However, creating an account offers several benefits:

  • View your complete order history and track current shipments

Order Confirmation & Status

After successfully placing your order, you will receive:

  • Order Confirmation Email — Sent immediately with your order number, item details, and estimated delivery window.
  • Shipping Notification — Sent once your order has been dispatched, including the carrier name and tracking number.
  • Delivery Confirmation — Sent when the carrier marks your package as delivered.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder. If it is still not there, contact our customer care team with the email address you used during checkout.

Promo Codes & Discounts

To apply a promotional code, enter it in the "Promo Code" or "Coupon" field during checkout and click "Apply." Please note:

  • Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
  • Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed.
  • Some codes may have minimum purchase requirements, expiration dates, or exclusions on specific product categories.
