What Is Your Return Policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition — free of scratches, tarnish, or signs of wear.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or engraved jewelry
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased during final-sale promotional events (unless otherwise stated)
  • Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused during shipping

How Do I Return an Item?

Online Returns (by Mail)

  1. Initiate your return — Log into your account, go to Order History, select the order, and click "Request Return." Our system will guide you through the process.
  2. Prepare the package — Place the item(s) in their original packaging. Include the return authorization slip (provided via email after your return request is approved).
  3. Ship the return — Use the prepaid shipping label provided, or ship via any insured and trackable method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until the return is processed.
  4. Refund processing — Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, style, or color (subject to availability). Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.

How to Exchange

  • Online orders: Initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing and guarantees availability.
  • Defective items: If you received a defective item and need an exchange, please contact our customer care team directly. We will arrange the exchange at no additional cost.

Exchanged items retain the original purchase date for warranty purposes.

You will receive email notifications at each stage of the return process.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you received an incorrect item or your order arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize. Please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the item and packaging

We will arrange a complimentary return and send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
