Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods for domestic orders:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. Check our current promotions for the minimum order threshold.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • The name of the shipping carrier
  • A direct link to the carrier's tracking page

You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your account and visiting the Order History section. If you placed your order as a guest, please use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please note: Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive the notification.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders are subject to the following:

  • Delivery times: Typically 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
  • Tracking: International shipments include full tracking. Tracking updates may be less frequent once the package has left the origin country.

Shipping During Peak Seasons & Holidays

During peak seasons (including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Black Friday, and the December holiday period), shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend:

  • Placing orders as early as possible to ensure timely delivery
  • Choosing Express or Overnight shipping for time-sensitive gifts
  • Checking our website for any published last-order dates before major holidays

What If My Package Is Lost or Damaged?

All orders are carefully packaged and fully insured during transit. If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Check the tracking information to confirm the current delivery status.
  2. For packages marked as "Delivered" but not received, check with neighbors, your building's reception, or other household members.
  3. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, or if it arrived damaged, contact our customer care team with your order number and any available photos of the damage.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
