Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and offer a limited warranty on all products purchased through our official online store or authorized retail partners.

Standard Warranty

All jewelry items are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in metals, clasps, settings, or closures
  • Stone settings that fail under normal wear
  • Plating defects that occur within the warranty period under proper care conditions

What Is NOT Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches and natural tarnishing
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or improper care
  • Damage from exposure to chemicals, chlorine, saltwater, perfumes, or harsh cleaning agents
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations by third parties
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Stretching of chains or bracelets
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us — Reach out to our customer care team with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect.
  2. Assessment — Our quality team will review your claim and may request additional information or ask you to return the item for inspection.
  3. Resolution — If the claim is approved, we will either:
    • Replace the item with an identical or equivalent product (subject to availability), or
    • Issue a refund for the original purchase price.

Please have the following ready when making a claim:

  • Original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • A description of when and how the defect was noticed
  • Clear photographs showing the issue

Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
  • A replacement item will assume the remaining warranty period of the original item, or 90 days from the date of replacement — whichever is longer.
  • We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies for warranty service after inspection.
  • This warranty is valid only for products purchased through authorized channels. We cannot verify the authenticity or condition of items obtained from unauthorized sellers.
  • This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may also have additional consumer rights that vary by jurisdiction.

Beyond Warranty — Repair & Restoration

If your jewelry requires attention outside the warranty period, we may still be able to help. Contact our customer care team to discuss available options, which may include:

  • Professional cleaning and polishing services
  • Re-plating services for gold-plated items
  • Clasp and closure replacement
  • Stone re-setting

Service fees and turnaround times will be communicated after we assess the item. All post-warranty services are subject to availability.
