The PANDORA Bound By Love Charm is pretty and feminine, with a delicate heart-shaped design and nice sparkle. However, mine arrived with a small scratch on the silver frame, which was disappointing for the price. The packaging was secure, but shipping took longer than expected. It’s a cute charm, but the quality control could be better.
