I was excited to receive Bruno the Unicorn charm, but it didn’t quite meet expectations. The rainbow colors looked duller in person, and the charm felt lighter and less substantial than expected. Shipping took longer than estimated, and the packaging was basic—no protective pouch or box. For the price, I hoped for better quality and presentation. Disappointing overall.
