I was excited to receive this charm, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The detailing wasn’t as crisp as I hoped, and the heart looked a bit dull in person. The packaging was also lackluster—just a plain pouch, no special box. Shipping took longer than promised, which was disappointing. It’s cute, but not worth the price for the quality.
