I was excited to receive this teapot charm, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The charm arrived with scratches, and the CZ stones looked dull, not as sparkling as in the photos. The packaging was flimsy, which might have caused the damage during shipping. For the price, I expected better quality and care in presentation. Disappointing overall.
