I waited almost three weeks to receive the PANDORA Flower Petals Band Ring I ordered, the shipping time was really too long. I was a bit disappointed when I opened the package—the product was just packed in a plain paper box, which didn’t feel like PANDORA branding at all. It wouldn’t look presentable as a gift. When I contacted customer service to ask about the shipping status, their attitude was average and they didn’t actively help resolve the issue. The ring itself has a nice design, but the color is slightly different from the pictures. Overall, I’m not very satisfied with the experience.
