I waited a long time for the Pandora Polished Crown Ring I ordered, the shipping time was really too long. When it arrived, I found the product wasn't in brand packaging, just a plain paper box, completely lacking the sense of ceremony expected for high-end jewelry. I contacted customer service to ask about the situation, and their attitude was quite average, not actively resolving the issue. The ring's design is acceptable, but the color looks a bit different from the pictures. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing.
