I waited almost a month to receive this PANDORA Shape of Love Charm, and the shipping time was just too long. Upon opening it, I found the product was packaged in a plain paper box, completely lacking the sophistication expected from the PANDORA brand. It felt like they just grabbed any box and sent it out. The customer service was indifferent when I asked about the packaging issue, offering only a perfunctory response that they would provide feedback. The actual color is darker than the official website images, not as vibrant as the scuba blue effect shown. Although the pendant itself is decent, the overall shopping experience was really disappointing.
