I was excited for this pendant, but it didn’t meet my expectations. The rose gold plating looks dull in person, not as vibrant as online. The dragonfly design is pretty, but the chain feels flimsy, and the pendant arrived with scratches. Packaging was basic—no protective pouch, just a plain box. For the price, I expected better quality and care in shipping. Disappointing.
