I waited almost a month to receive this Pandora Style Heart Wishbone Ring. The packaging was very simple, just a plain paper box, completely lacking the sophistication a brand should have. The customer service response was slow and indifferent, always brushing off inquiries about shipping progress. The actual color is darker than in the pictures. The overall experience was very disappointing.
